If you've purchased one of our Premium plans and switched devices / re-installed the app, you can restore your purchase by following this short guide.


1. Launch the app

2. On the top right corner, tap the Settings icon

3. Tap "Restore Purchases"

4. The restoration process will execute in the background and should complete within a minute.

5. All done!


Notes

Purchases can only be restored on the same platform as they were purchased on. If you purchase a Premium account using a device running iOS, you may

restore your purchase on all of your iOS devices but not on your Android devices, and vice-versa.


iOS Notes

Your device must use the same Apple ID you've used to purchase the Premium plan, since App Store purchases are linked to a single Apple ID.

Android Notes

Your device must use the same Google account you've used to purchase the Premium plan, since Play Store purchases are linked to a single Google account.
